Who We Are
We were founded by three Japanese-American climbing buddies from Los Angeles (Tadashi, Lenny, and Tyzo) in the beginning of 2024. Tadashi’s family goes eight generations deep in the mushroom farming business in Japan. With his farming know-how, we’ve worked together to build our farm in Mid City Los Angeles and built our brand around that expertise and making the best quality supplements in the US.
We began growing fresh mushrooms, and now offer supplements at stores and through our site, Amazon, and Faire!
Who Our Mushooms Are
Our team grows Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, Trumpet, Turkey Tail, and Maitake mushrooms. We grow all our mushrooms on hardwood grow blocks. We never spray our mushrooms with anything, ever. They grow in a controlled grow capsule environment where we can control the humidity, temperature, and oxygen for optimal growth.
We have provided mushrooms for Michelin-star restaurants in Los Angeles like Shojin, N/Naka, Horses, Joliet, and Kojima. We also sell at farmers markets including Brentwood, Westchester, Manhattan Beach, and Marina Del Rey. Anything we don’t sell we dry and make products out of!
