Our MAMORU tincture combines three traditional immune mushrooms: Turkey Tail, Maitake, and Shiitake.

The Turkey Tail in this formula starts wild in the Los Angeles canyons and is now grown at our farm for clean, consistent harvests year round. Turkey tail has been used in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine for centuries, and its compounds polysaccharopeptide and PSK are among the most studied in mushroom science.

Maitake works through beta-glucans that help regulate the immune system rather than simply stimulate it, while Shiitake brings lentinan, with its own long research history in Japan around immune function.

Dual extracted with water and alcohol to capture both water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds, this tincture delivers the full compound profile from each mushroom.

Ingredients

Three carefully selected mushrooms:

Turkey Tail — Trametes versicolor, 100% fruiting-body, dual-extracted. Traditionally used for centuries in Chinese and Japanese medicine, with well-studied compounds including polysaccharopeptide and PSK.

Maitake — Grifola frondosa, 100% fruiting-body, dual-extracted. Delivers beta-glucans that help regulate immune function rather than simply stimulate it.

Shiitake — Lentinula edodes, dual-extracted. A source of lentinan, with a long history in Japanese immune research.
The only other ingredients are food-grade ethanol and distilled water used for extraction.

Process

Many beneficial compounds in mushrooms dissolve in different solvents.

To capture the full spectrum, we use a dual-extraction method.

Mushrooms are hand-selected and dehydrated.

They are soaked in food-grade ethanol for two months to extract fat-soluble compounds.

They are then pressure-cooked to release water-soluble compounds like beta-glucans (PSK, D-Fraction)

The extracts are carefully combined to create a potent, shelf-stable tincture.

Each bottle is hand-bottled, sealed, and labeled by our team before shipping directly from our farm via USPS.
